I'm speaking at a Christian conference this weekend and thought I should do something to my locs. So I washed and braided and here you have the results....
folks, if your locs doesn't have much body to it or if you have some thin spots, work it with a braid-out. It gives the illusion of thick, dense hair, plus it's a simple but eye-catching style.

I agree braidouts are the best for creating big hair! That is my favorite style.

Thandi, the length happens b4 you know it! Have u tried a braidout? It looks pretty cool on shorter locs too.
I'm glad u think my hair grows fast, but Bajan's got the edge on me. I'm a whole YEAR ahead yet our locs look a similar length.
